i'd have to guess Yuuri Himeno, atleast that was her name when she still did gravure, not sure what her AV name is.

She is Yuuri Himeno during her early S1 days, went to the name Miho Ichiki, then Anna Okina. She goes under a different name and is doing Gravure work again.
