It's うめつゆきのり (Umetsu Yukinori). He is mainly working in anime and adult anime, and doing some cover illustrations like for this anthology series:

Actually you can see his name on the cover, I don't know if there is a better scan (the cover in your link too small), but if you look at vol.5 cover, below the "MD comics" is the name of person who create the cover.

It's "cover/うめつゆきのり".

Similar with the Vol.7, you can see his name above the "MD comics". And I believe he's the person who make all cover for that series manga.
