1. I saw the cover when I watch J-Drama "Saikou No Rikon" episode 2,
You can see the picture from below. I just wanna know the title of the cover.
If notice on picture, there are already a subtitle of the cover.

2. The actress is obviously akiho yoshizawa,
but i'm just curious the name of the movie,
see from what can i understand,
Akiho role is a wife, the husband come home from office with his coworker,
then the coworker did the wife.

It's very cool you were able to identify the actress, Keanurefresh... and that's half the battle, right there. (It's funny that you wrote, "The actress is obviously akiho yoshizawa," 'cause I wouldn't have known that in a million years.)

I guess you've already tried this gambit, but in case not, maybe a way you can pin this down would be to visit Akiho's pages of a comprehensive site, like DMM. You have the added benefit of having an idea of the cover (bearing in mind that this could be the cover of a different release time frame, meaning there could be multiple cover designs), although the cover in the attachment looks worrisomely irregular.

I get the sense this is an older work, so it would be probably smart to begin the process with the last page of her listings, or Page 39, and work your way forward.

This does not mean the cover will be featured, naturally. You may also want to try the actress' Sougouwiki page, which is often more comprehensive. The Sougouwiki site is down at the moment, and it has been acting up of late.

'Course, after all of this work, you could very well be right back where you started... in which case, let us hope one of our resident experts will manage to pin down this flick.

We can see from the attachments that one of the villains is played by "The Bad." Not that that will be of much help.

Looks like there are two different movies here, the one with the cover and the one with the other pictures.

I don't know what the cover is from, but the other pictures are from SOE-539, indeed with Akiho Yoshizawa.

I'm not sure what exactly you're looking for in Question 1 but actress is Yuri Touma (当間ゆり) and the Title is Hitozuma Yuuwaku Onsen (人妻誘惑温泉)　which would translate to Tempting Housewife (at the) Hot Springs. Not even sure if that's a real video or not...

I get the impression it's a fake movie cover, just made for that tv show. The hits I get when searching the internet tend to point back to that show and neither DMM nor Sougouwiki seem to know that actress name.
