Seeing as it's a compilation there are no credits given for the girls. It does however say on the cover there that her name is めぐみ Megumi. Without a last name though were still in the dark.

Some websites says that she is 朝比奈さき(Saki Asahina) AKA 浅倉紗季(Saki Asakura).
But I don't know her well, so it's not sure.
