Ninespiral right, actually i already know her before Ninespiral answering but forgot her name, same generation with Madoka Ozawa, Maiko Yuki and Mao Misaki, the movie uncensored and kinda rare at that time, i think heavy makeup make her look a little bit different, there is a torrent link here, but i doubt it still alive:
