I don't think that this is correct. This is Hitomi Aizawa on DMM: http://www.dmm.co.jp/mono/dvd/-/list/=/article=actress/id=20824/
An her breast are a lot smaller than this nice ones you see on the picture.
The DMM block my country ID so I can't go that page, but from this gallery, I don't think her breasts are small:
