Not sure if Giga recycles outfits, but Miho Tsuno (通野未帆) wears the exact same thing in GHPM-23 so it might be her. Not sure though, I'm not that good at facial recognition even if they're *not* wearing masks, let alone if they do.

Ah, so they do reuse the outfits in different movies. I was afraid they might, much easier than making new designs every time.
