It does have a video but it says it's private and you need to be friends with the uploader to download it.

OH! Okay, I think I see what you're doing. Using your link I see private (shaded out) and non-private videos. The ones that are not private you can click on their thumbnails and go to the video's page. You're pasting that page into jDownloader? I just did for one, waited a bit and it had a download so I ran it and sure enough it brought down the video. That's because the video is embedded in that page, you can see it in the page's source code.
For the private videos there is nothing embedded, so, jDownloader can find nothing to download.
