How to download photobooks from Fanza?

Hi guys, I recently bought some photobooks on fanza, so I wish to download them in formats like jpg and reupload them here, is it doable?

yes, but in what format did you download, I will assume they are PDF's

there are programs that do convert from PDF to JPG, I use linux, so I just look for the right package for my system

It is not that simple, the file available for download on DMM can only be opened by DMM reader, and I couldn't download any photos when I read them on Fanza. To take screenshots and combine the photos should be fine but it takes too much time.
