If I become an AV actor, would that potentially affect a relationship with a Japanese women? I mean do AV actors have normal life? Girlfriends, etc.?

Absolutely possible to be in JAV if you're foreign. Problem is most foreigners who want to do it lack the language skills, visa, and don't want to start at the bottom like everyone else.
