Sero has two movies with schoolgirls in lockers. The scene is not from sero-143, but I think it's from sero-097. Can't be totally sure as I couldn't find a streaming version of the movie to check, but sero-143 ends with a very similar scene only without the girl wearing panties:

As I began reading your (as always) helpful post, from the recesses of my memory came a JAV where I dimly recalled a girl in a locker... I remembered, because the actress was Eiro Chika, someone I like very much. Well, wouldn't you know the movie you referred to, SERO-0097, was this very one! So I dug it up...
She only has two scenes in the locker (based on my quick fast-forwarding), and she's never fully naked in either. In the first scene, she wears the reliable sailor's outfit we see on the cover.
So this still remains a mystery...
I am in awe of how you manage to pinpoint such specific details from the millions of JAVs out there... you are a marvel.

If the pattern from the other movie holds it should be the very last scene of the movie. Maybe a minute or so, easy to miss. If thats not the case I'll do some more searching.
Well, aside from those two movies I couldn't find this theme. Where did you get that picture? Maybe that'll give a lead?

As I read what you wrote about the "pattern," Electromog, where the "pose" comes at the very end and only lasts for seconds... I realized I could have easily missed it. So I dug the movie up again.
From the point of the photo I put up (above) where our heroine is in her gym outfit, till almost the very end, we see her getting taken advantage of. Fade out. Fade in, classroom. Villain (Sleazy) takes out phone...
Villain starts looking through a couple of pictures he has taken of his victim.

I don't recall exactly where I found the photo from, but I do remember it was a non-JAV porno place, and there was no information beyond the photo. (Hey, you know me and my big mouth by now... the odds were, I would have included anything that was remotely useful.)

After over a year we can finally close this one. Somebody else asked an ID for the same scene but instead of a picture he gave a 4 minute video link. That was enough to figure out the movie.
