If your attempting to identify a girl from an image, uploading/or pasting the URL into Google Image Search (click the camera icon in the search bar) usually does the trick

What's the video titled? Where did you get it?

You can often use info like this to backtrack to what the "real" title of the video is. With that info, her name should be fairly easy to find.
