Help me identify "s-a-w" labeled video with white girl.

I have come across this gif (see below) i believe it to be from a JAV due to the yakuza tattoo and the to me Japanese looking location.
As you can see it is labeled with "s-a-w" but googling turns up little to nothing.

It's not a Japanese company, most of the people in the movies are white.
