Good work. It's good that the end credits provided confirmation, but you already had the answer with your first post's
studio link. We can see from the first names they provided for the actresses (as you noted), your lady was named as "
K'milla," but under the "Director Comments" section, the alternative spelling was given as well, with the line,
"Among them, Miss Camilla, Miss Elena and Miss Sophie, who were the most suitable for the heroines..."
She's referred to as a "foreigner, " not Japanese. One of the later links you provided (the
ameblo.jp one, apparently the actress' blog which she stopped updating in 2009) may offer a clue for the rest of her name, as you can see from the URL itself: "
Camilla Dias." Possibly she is a Latina lass, apparently with a knowledge of the Japanese language.
No relevant results when I searched with those keywords, but that may be explained by Camilla's probably not having had too much of an output as far as her other films. (ZDAD-04 could well be her only claim to cinematic fame; when one clicks on
her link on the studio site, only one other title comes up - but it's a half-hour "making of" non-film, ZTVD-38.)
Thumbnails for the movie, supporting the other reference, suggests there is no sex to speak of ... which is the case for a lot of the supposedly adult superheroine JAV films. For those interested, here is a
