未央生四处找寻自己子孙根下落，一夕来到毛溪县附近时，庙外忽然传来人声鼎沸，原来是附近的“云雨山庄”正在追捕一名采花贼。未央生竟被误会为淫贼，先饱以一顿拳脚。庄主南宫逸乍见未央生天赋异禀，不由心动，饶其不杀，改而囚在密至之中。未央生大惊不已，只恐庄主有“特殊癖好”。却原来，庄主乃是一名女儿之身，因自小被父母蘟藏身份，日夕以男装示人，遂变成性冷感。其后为了掩人耳目，于是又多娶姬妾作伪装，弄致闺房之中都是怨妇。当晚所谓“采花贼”也者，其实就是姬妾偷汉败露而巳，只可怜未央生却遭此无妄之灾。庄主对未央生之“神物”深感兴趣，勾起了无限遐思，更激发了女性情欲，亟欲一试云雨。但庄主虽有此心，却未敢立即实行，只好日夕以婢女试媡未央生，自己则从旁窥看。未央生不知就里，一则有艳福之喜，二则又忧虑庄主不知何时会对自己“横施夏楚”，惴惴不安。
