I know this is a long shot, as I can't supply much information about this model (that is, of course, the problem). All I can be sure of is that I downloaded this image from USEnet (most likely alt.binaries.pictures.bluebird) several years ago, possibly as much as ten - the original file has a date of October 24, 2006. I don't have a record of the original post(er) or what collection it comes from; it all got dumped into a big directory, and this image only floated to the top and sparked my interest years later.
Multiple google searches on the file name (number) have turned up nothing; image search has suggested a few possibilities, most notably Sayaka Isoyama. But she's not, to my eyes, an exact match, and I can't find any copies of this particular image under her name. So I'm posting here on the slim chance that someone can positively identify her for me. (And if not, I knew the odds when I signed up.)
