I think those sites grab files from file hosting services like Rapidgator, which often split files into two or more parts. I did a quick search and found KV-178-fhd1.mp4 & KV-178-fhd2.mp4. They probably downloaded the first part and assumed it was the full video.

I look at it like this: most likely, 99% of those files are restorable since they are in public access. Several Months ago I uploaded a browsable html file, made with snap2html. I only uploaded it to a couple of the mods so that they could pick and choose, But the upshot of it is that program (free) is great to take a snapshot of any or all of your drives. The downside with the program is although it will recurse through your folders, or you can select a specific folder, you cannot combine searches so if you have c:\yaddayadda\porn\gokkun You could do a scan of say 'yaddayadda' and it will pick up and create a browsable tree of everyting in all of the sub-folders. IF, however, you have a external drive, or a 2nd or 3rd drive you would have to create a file for each major folder. With that limitation aside it is an excellent way to create a browsable/searchable file to share with others who can then peruse whatever folders that you want to make available for searching.
Since I ul'd those files though I had my catastrophic failure and now, especially with TmpGuys fantatistic program my directory structure is completely different and many of those files were lost. Anyway, with all of my babble, check out snap2html it would achieve what you are suggesting., cheers.
