There are a lot of KV- (KS-Knightsvisual) titles that would fit that description. I would go to javlibrary , in the search box type kv- and then browse through the covers (look at the full cover), Particularly the ones that say "Cleaning Fellation" I think that every one of those would have scenes that exactly match your description except for the "Pink" part, and see if anything clicks. I'm with you, so curious about the history of gokkun. Are you familiar with the director Rusher MIyoshi? You're certainly familiar with his work...all the JS, ES, NS, BS titles; the BONU series; the PSD series, a number of early ASW titles, MIAD-898 MIGD-748 and the other related videos; and so many others. He is obsessed with gokkun...and he has been in the game for a long time. I found out that he has a bar in Tokyo called Equinox and he is often there along with other industry folks annoucing the schedule on his x.com page. I have this dream of dropping in next time I'm in Tokyo and picking his brain about the topic. In NS-11 with Ayu Sakurai, he gets into explaining some of the history of gokkun to her. (on the .iso version that I have) It's pretty interesting. I think that he would be a treasure trove on info. And who knows who might just stop in at the bar while having a drink there?
After writing my reply above I remembered that Rusher-san had a Youtube channel with videos about various JAV topics and themes and I remembered that there was one video that was kind of a history of gokkun. I don't remember it being hugely informative, but I think there were some interesting bits. Just found it again, but have yet to rewatch it. He's a pretty funny guy and the channel is a bit strange, being a collaboration with his niece or other relation. A couple of the other videos are interesting for insight into production and behind the scenes details.

In ASW-247 at the end he is talking with Yuri Honma I think and he talks about what got him hooked and it was apparantly a girl in a Pink Salon/Pinsaro bar. The girl on the cover of that Muscat Note cover is cute as hell but I can't find a thing with her in it. Probably too outdated. A shame!
