In google the book is described in enlgish as "Manga guide to mastubation".However,i don't know the tile is in english translated form the original.

I've been looking for this book for a few a weeks on the internet and i can't seem anywhere to download in japanese.It's not hard to find this book in stores of japan though.

Any help is apreciated.
