Synopsis: A gaudily dressed female broker speaks with a strange Kansai accent … … Himekawa Reiko (Takeuchi Yuko) has disguised as a female buyer from Kansai and moves around fellow brokers to gather information on a gang of swindlers that coldly establishes its prey, mercilessly cheats and steals large sums of money. However, why is a detective like Reiko pursuing a scam even though it does not involve murder? The case goes back several weeks earlier. Reiko’s acquaintance, the wholesaler Akagi Yoshihiro (Takubo Issei) committed suicide. After reviewing his records of the orders placed, Reiko had determined that he was the victim of a malicious confidence trick. This was equivalent to murder. Synopsis: Hayama Noriyuki (Koide Keisuke) is called out to a crime scene at the request of a uniformed police officer. It is a case of the assault of Tanigawa Masatsugu (Ryu Raita), but Hayama has been called in at Tanigawa’s request. When Hayama interviews him, Tanigawa says that he and his shogi buddy Horii Tatsuo (Yamamoto Kei) were playing shogi and he had just called for a time-out. Horii was indignant and punched him. Furthermore, someone called Chihiro had been witness to Horii turning to Tanigawa and declaring “I’ll be killed by you!” In order to confirm the facts, Hayama also interviews the assailant Horii and Horii admits to everything. The statement “I’ll be killed by you!” keeps going through Hayama’s mind and he initiates his own probe into the background of the case. Learning about Horii’s past, Hayama gets to know about the sad reality of the townspeople behind the bureaucrats who were only interested in saving their own skin.

Sensing something, Katsumata asks the hacker and informant Tatsumi Keiichi (Sato Yuki) to check up on the internet channel through which the officials’ personal information were leaked. Tatsumi identifies a website where a large number of users independently post the personal information of government officials.
