SYNOPSIS:
A gaudily dressed female broker speaks with a strange Kansai accent … … Himekawa Reiko (Takeuchi Yuko) has disguised as a female buyer from Kansai and moves around fellow brokers to gather information on a gang of swindlers that coldly establishes its prey, mercilessly cheats and steals large sums of money. However, why is a detective like Reiko pursuing a scam even though it does not involve murder? The case goes back several weeks earlier. Reiko’s acquaintance, the wholesaler Akagi Yoshihiro (Takubo Issei) committed suicide. After reviewing his records of the orders placed, Reiko had determined that he was the victim of a malicious confidence trick. This was equivalent to murder. Reiko starts an undercover investigation on her own in order to identify the criminal. She even gets on the wrong side of a senior police precinct detective and has difficulty catching the criminal.
