Well, if this is spam it is probably harmless spam. Do you actually use these proxies? Proxies are so dated, I just use Tor and many people use VPNs. You know the old saying "get a horse". VPNs and Tor are as much an upgrade to finding and using your own proxies as the car was to people who were trying to get somewhere quicker. Get with the times bro.
