No, no it's not temporary. Unless you call temporary, or a day or two, to be a week+.

DDS-007 now has an error with part 4 as well. The files are down so long, so consistently that I do not believe they are there anymore, or that the error will ever go away.

It may be that someone is taking down one file out of each set. It could also be a problem with the file hosting service.
