Nope, this is not Nanami.
While some slight differences can be explained by aging or cosmetic surgery, her facial bone structure is different.
So unless this is an earlier video and Nanami has her face flattened to the point of breaking bones, I don't see how this can be the same person.
It is a good match, size and all the features are almost similar.
But, upon closer inspection, I can see this girl doesn't have hemorrhoids Nanami had and her nipples are a bit lighter.
And also her hipbone is a bit wider and her back posture is in an order of magnitude better shape.
The thing about doppengalging, Nanami was pretty average looking girl.
There was nothing special about her looks and all she did was smiling and not gaggin too much.
So when another average looking girl comes out and smiles, she may look quite similar.
I wish instead of suicide Nanami had chosen to hit a gym.
But she didn't.
