Father in Japan on Reddit Worries About His Teenage Daughter Modelling

Found this thread on Reddit made by a dad worried about his daughter modelling in Japan. He would like to go with her to make sure she is safe, but the business that is hiring her does not want that.

Some jerks are making fun of him on another thread.

Anyone who watched the documentary Girl Model by POV/PBS knows how some modelling agencies on Japan can treat the girls terribly. So I think the dad is right to worry.

Edit: just noticed that the guy is a foreigner in Japan, not native Japanese.

Unfortunately this is the internet and no amount of anything will stop and asshole or troll from trying to fill that void in his heart.
But on the fathers concerns, I being a father wouldn’t worry about my 19 year old daughter. I’d have taught her well and trust her enough to be able to do things like that without me.
Finally this isn’t really the best place for this...
