extmatrix not working?

Is extmatrix trustworthy? I'm thinking about getting premium for this but none of their links seem to work (free downloads); links are not dead, they just time out, can't connect to their server.
Makes me rather skeptical about signing up..

never buy a premium account for any filehost...especially extmatrix (it's one of those here today gone tomorrow hosts).
