Just copy the 2 download URLs and have a look at them. They consist of two separate URLs. The first one is a redirecting service that anonymizes referral information. This service doesn't seem to work, presently, but it isn't required anyway (why it was included in the first place? I wonder).
Discard it and use only the 2nd URL, the actual download link behind "=".
