quite possible to be issue number 8, because we only get the Idols, we do not see the full issue, and chances are the inside cover will give the info
 
@CoolKevin five photos inside are the cover above and matching photoset, so if this is a February issue, denoting it as number 08 seems to be an error.

I only offered a possible solution, not sure when first was issued, I only assumed July 2010
and he probably only followed the original poster, like most do
