Thanks for the replies, I think I've now ID'ed one of the 4 actresses as Misa Arisawa (有沢実紗) as she mentions the movie on her blog/twitter page.

Any more clues would be most helpful.

I know I've seen the actress in the 3rd scene somewhere before...

It is her, I don't have proof but i'm 100 % positive. She's used other aliases in the past so even if the name doesn't match it's still her.
