I only glanced at the video clip (it would be thoughtful of those with I.D. questions to post clear frame grab pictures, to make the job easier), but I could see the action took place outdoors in the sun, and the videography was high-contrast with shadows. One would need to watch the footage carefully to get a clear shot of the woman.
ShinnAsuka did a fantastic job in identifying the source film of this footage, and I'm sure he got the name of the actress correctly; but he did say it was his "best guess," and in case there is doubt, now other comparisons may be made. (From the film's DMM listing, I have noticed this scene is the last one in the movie, and since Mahiro Aine appears to be a bigger star than the others, they probably saved her scene for the big finale.)
