Are these 'D' series re-labelled ?

'D' is DVD. The 'B' equivalents are the 1080p blu-ray versions (BKOH-XXX). The 720p encode of BKOH-001 was uploaded in 2020, and it looks like the last link is active (though it could be premium now - I can't tell). That encode is a smaller file than this one, as this was encoded with a much higher bitrate. The copy I have doesn't show any significant artifacts that would justify the larger file size/lower resolution to me...
