Probably :D

But the most effective way to protect against those kinds of malwares, spywares, etc. and where even the most powerful agency can't do anything is to use a computer that has no hard-drive at all and run it from a Live CD or from a USB stick where your live OS will run from (like Debian, etc.), everything will be stored in the memory (RAM) and nowhere else, there is no way for an agency, a hacker or whoever to inject a script, etc. Once you turn off the machine, nothing is left on the computer (no virus, no cookies, no history, etc.).
If your computer has a HD, then use the same trick but boot the system from the Live CD instead of the C drive ;)

Too much effort for a dude like me. I just screw around on the net, my days of playing dodgeball with the bigboys are long past.

Interesting but not sure how useful it's going to be, afaik most government surveillance isn't done by injecting spyware into your computer but instead by hooking in to your connection somewhere between you and your destination(typically at your ISP).
