On October 4, 1955 the members of a delegation
witnessed two UFOs flying in the USSR.

The senior senator and former president of the Armed
Services Committee Richard Brevard Russell US produced
just 61 years ago this Friday ... A secret report to record
the appearance of two unidentified flying objects in the
Transcaucasia region, then part of the Union Soviet territory
and now Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan are divided.

Declassified documents in 1985 and then obtained by researchers
of extraterrestrial phenomena Furor group (Virginia, USA) detailing
how the senior US senator and two assistants confirmed documents
have observed the October 4, 1955 takeoff "two frisbees" .

According to a report in the British newspaper 'Daily Express', at
that time Russell had visited the USSR with the aim of carrying
out a mission to collect field data.

The day of the event was traveling by train and near a window
he observed two circular UFOs taking off very close to the tracks.

That was when he called his assistant and interpreter to confirm
what he had just seen.

Once they left the USSR and came to the US Embassy Prague
the senator and his assistants informed the Air Force and security
agencies of their country, they considered highly confidential
information.

The three besides another individual whose identity remain
unknown were interrogated by the CIA.

According to the Air Force added Embassy, Lieutenant Colonel
Thomas Ryan, the report "was based on a written testimony
of the rise and flight of an unconventional ship by three highly
reliable US observers".

"One of the disks rose almost vertically, at a relatively
slow speed, with its outer surface turning slowly to the
right reaching a height of nearly 6,000 feet [1,828.8 meters]
when its speed increased sharply and took a northerly
direction", says the declassified report.

The second frisbee executed the same actions a minute later.

The launch area was located at a distance of a mile or two
[1.5 to 3.2 kilometers] south of the railway," said Ryan .

According to the senator interpreter and witness what
happened, Ruben Efronm, visibility was "excellent"
and UFOs seemed to "slip", because "it no noise

brightness or fingerprint is detected".

Subsequently, former US Secretary of State John Foster
Dulles drafted a memorandum which stated that the
testimony "would support the existence of a flying saucer."

According to one of the researchers who studied the event
Furor, Bruce Maccabee, "these documents kept secret for
so many years are very important because they show that
for the first time, one of the senators most influential of US
was witness of 2 UFOs ... And he reported ".

They were 2 meteorological balloons probe.
