From my personal experience I'm gonna have to say it's all about the ladies personal preference on this one. Some girls like I guy with fore skin and others don't, personally I think cut dicks are gross and couldn't imagine having to get rug burn every time I jerked off lol. i'm a muslim so i'm obliged to have it cut..i was 12 at dat time..it was not dat painful during d 'surgery'..but during d healing time, u got to bear w d pain a lil bit..mybe bcoz d 'surgery' was done in a traditional way..at my house instead of hospital..n i think 2 hv a circumcised penis is better bcoz it's cleaner n looks better too..

That depends if you're including facial pores, the nares, the lips (which bacterially communicate with the inner mouth), etc. If we examined a cm² of skin on the cheek (facial) and a cm² of skin on/beside the labia majora, I really wonder whether the face would have that much more bacteria. Are you arguing for more unique species or for more cells?
Getting back to the original claim about circumcised penises being more hygienic, the burden of hygiene ultimately falls to the individual. I don't think any medical expert will disagree with you that uncircumcised men have to make a more conscious effort to remove smegma and other "crud" from around the glans of their penises, and this is what you need to watch out for because this is what's going to feed the bacteria and other microorganisms which can ultimately cause infections. But so long as the guy takes the time to scrub it off in the shower, I'd think he'd be fine.
Personally, I'm all for not circumcising newborns as well as making it an individual's right to choose as an adult (and not a day sooner) whether or not he wants to be circumcised. Unfortunately this flies in the face of many religions (which would argue that the state is oppressing their beliefs and customs) and parents-rights groups, so ... *shrug*. All I can say is, there are a lot of boys born to Abrahamic-religion parents who grow up to become adults that (1) don't share in that religious belief and (2) would not have chosen to cut off their foreskin if they could have made the decision today.

I'm pretty sure uncut the way it was meant form the start. And whoever changed that defined the nature, changed the balance you once had. I've seen many porn movies where cut men couldnt even get a solid erection or failed to get it up at all.
