I'm a big fan of Coprophagic-Scatologic movies (just watching them). Jap's one are by far the most gruesome, recently I've been wondering...What "treatmente" do Scat Movies' actresses follow before and after shooting?

For sure they are injected with massive amounts of antibiotics, after literally eating shit (ingest and swallow) they must have some kind of "medical advisor" otherwise Typhus or Cholera would be unavoidable. Is there anyone aware of this "issue".

Japan is not big on health and safty. Children often ride on the passanger seat with nothing to protect them, hence there is a high infant mortality rate. And sometimes when a load of people are burnt in a fire it's found that the building didn't have adequate fire escapres etc. Unlike in most 1st world countries. It's hightly likely that these actresses aren't even told of the dangers, let alone given any injections.
Also have u ever wondered why they do it? I find it hard to believe its just for money as there are other more savory ways to make money, like normal porn.
The chances are these girls have been forced into it by the yakuza. This happens all the time appraently. I read it in a Japanese newspaper and people I asked in Japan said its likely. I often wonder if the girl in the video I'm watching is doing it b/c if she doesn't the yakuza have threatened to kill her family or send a sex tape of her being r***ing to all her friends, family and her employer. This is often how the yakuza threaten people.
This type of terrible injustice is something I kept on coming across time and time again in Japan. I'm fascinated and horrified by it, a bit like the scat videos themselves.
While on the one hand I try to accept it as a part of Japanese culture and while I know that fucked up shit goes on in every country, I can't help thinking that, as much as I love Japan, there is something intrinsicily evil about the people there.

It's not so surprising when you consider how powerful the yakuza are in Japan. They're more powerful than the mafia in Sicily, according to one organized crime expert.
The yakuza and the corrupt political elite work together and have a huge influence on the economy. Why do u think Japan can't push thru the necessary economic reforms? B/c the corrupt powers that be, hand in hand with the yakuza, are happy with the status quo. All the prostitutes in Japan from poorer Asian countries are there on 'entertainment' visas. They are supposed to be able to dance, according to visa regulations. Everyone, from me to the guy who stamps their papers knows they're whores (and sometimes used as sex slaves and yes, sometimes even used in snuff films) by the yakuza. Why don't the government stop them? b/c they work together. Japan is a post modern country with a 3rd world mentality. To the same extent if the yakuza mistreat some Japanese girl their organization is too powerful to get into trouble for it, they're protected. In Japan people try to avoid contact with the yakuza and people who get involved are often seen as people who've brought it on themselves to a certain extent. In some ways its still a very primative country.

What ?! Wow... I'm aware of the fact that I don't know many things about that, and that I have probably a false image of Japan... But it is really like that ?
If what you say is true, I don't think I'll enjoy watching JAV any more.
In JAV, Maria Osawa for example, seems to be considered as a "star", and she has worked for studios which does extreme stuff, as Dogma. Do you think she would agree to work with the yakuza ?!
I don't say your explanation is false, but it's quite hard to believe that every big studios - and particulary if we take the ones which do extreme stuff - SOD, Opera, etc. are in cahoots with or directed by the yakuza... When we see it is sold on several websites to countries around the world...
I've never seen any remarks like that, on Akiba for example, even if I didn't searched enough.
I hope you understand what I mean. Many actresses are real "AV stars", and to my mind they don't seem to be whores or to be forced to do that.
I would be interesting if other people here could give their opinion on the subject.

AV stars only become AV stars by sleeping with the president of the company. This is a well known fact. And you can tell from this fact alone that what we would consider corruption in the west is just standard operating procedure in Japan.

And try setting up a brothle or a panchinko parlour in Japan, or even a a noodle stand in a park, and see how quickly the yakuza turn up asking for protection money.
