This movie was ciculated before as split scenes (don't remember if they have been posted on Akiba), but the links are not active anymore. Here's a single file AVI I downloaded via ed2k. If you can't download via RS, you can try that (took me a couple of days though).

I downloaded the links but I could only extract 19% of the files before it said something about the file being corrupt. Could you re-up a different version or something? I really, really want to see it! Or could someone help me? I'm using 7-Zip to extract and JDownloader to download the files.

Have you checked if all files were downloaded completely (200MB for all but the last one, which should be 73MB)?

If you can't extract correctly, then you should get an error message specifying a particular file. Downlaod that one again.

I ended up with 2 files (both rar files). Each of which are 200 MB.
The filenames by default were titled:
PTS113.part01.rar (this is the one that goes to 19% during extraction and then says "file is broken")
PTS113.part02.rar (this one just flat out says that the "file is broken")

Download again? This is actually the 2nd time that I downloaded it. Each time getting the same error. So frustrating! No one else has this issue?

Those parts represent a single archive but not 11 independent archives. You need all of the parts to successfully unpack the archive. So, download the rest 9 parts (3 thru 11), and it's gonna be okay. Those 19% your unpacker is saying about are (400 MB in parts 1-2) / (2073 MB total) * 100.

Alternatively, if you want only the first 400 MB of the file, you can tell your unpacker to keep broken files. With this you end up with a full-size avi (assuming the archive contains a single avi AND your unpacker is smart enough to preallocate space for full file), and then you can cut those first 400 MB with any suitable video editing tool (or even a simple hex editor, but I don't recommend doing this as it can result in a broken avi).

For torrents puretna seems like a good bet (the first half of the stewardess movie is also shared there), angstpact has upped many videos there, but you have to be registered and I'm not sure if there're still seeds.

Otherwise you can try searching here and elsewhere for keywords like:
白人女優 - white actress
金髪 - blond
インターナショナル - international

Here're RS links for the DANDY150 video; the title is something along the lines of:
