It won't entirely change your computer to japanese language it will just let your computer understand some japanese unicode that can't read by englush unicode or something like.

In laymans term, it will teach your computer or read japanese.

so you guys that installed the game don't have to change the unicode back to english right w.e the case may be

it's up to you if you want to change it back to english but as for me i didn't bother since most of the games in this site needs japanese unicode to be installed.
