and it need you to set up your age,sex,weight,continuance time & style of your sport etc.

The pages u scanned are all about the calories calculation. It is only a minor function from the watch. Normally I will skip to read the manual even I can understand Chinese >< however if u do need to know what is written on the manual I will translate for you but its time consuming lol :p
