I was just merely asking if anyone had the RS/MU link for it (for something which has already been posted and not entirely a brand new content). Its not a request right ? Please correct me if im wrong.

Super shop! I just purchased a title but am having problems downloading the 7 spilt files after i paid. Step 3. No password but some links to download.
Im using Firefox. When i click the links it shows me a blank page. Can't download using BitComet or download manager either.
The links look like this:

Any idea from your experience? Or how do i approach their tech support?

The only recommended way is
Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Windows Media Player (9 or higher)
If you use newest version of each it should work.
For the media player the link to 10 is provided, so it might be better than 9 or 11.

I use Firefox too, but at least in Japan there is almost no official site supporting it.

Jitsuroku DVDs are single layer discs with free space left like most JAV.
So the quality might be equal or better than DVD version.

Found out how to display the list of all 114 whole movies(opposed to separate scenes).
You get it by clicking １作品まるごとダウンロード in the keywords,
Then clicking the same phrase １作品まるごとダウンロード once more on the top middle of the page.
Now you can click 次の50件>> on the bottom of the page for the next 50 titles.
