Black gals

I really like the look of jav stars often referred to as 'black gals/girls'. Does anyone know why are they are referred to as black? Are there any other names they go by? I'm just generally curious if anyone has any deeper knowledge about them.

The black in black gal simply refers to the dark tan. Not all gals have tans and even those that do don’t always go as dark as they can.
