I use windows 2K. I downloaded a game and it's .bin file and a small .cue file. Nothing seems to me associated with .bin and nero opens the .cue, which I'm somewhat sure is wrong.
Is there anything I can do with these files or are they mac files?

They are Cd/Dvd image files.
You need to have virtual Cd/Dvd-rom emulator like DAEMON Tools to run the files.
