*Update*
After some feedback on the original encode I've finally been able to get MeguiVit semi working and did another version of this. I copied the x264 and QTGMC settings from MeguiVit over to a new program but there's some unknown (to me) option that is causing some issues with some motion that occurs in the source. For now meguiVit does a better job with the motion and provides a better end result. The OP has been edited with the new torrent.
