By this i mean that they can find new audiences and just movies with similar themes that they had already shoot with a previous studio. Which is something that can get old quickly and be a real career detractor.

It's mostly a better paycheck if another reach out to them to change studios. Each studio got their signature title series and by looking at the way a certain girl pose on the cover, you'll know which studio this title is from. Seriously, some title these days still got the same exact pose from a decade ago.ex:the ones with sora, maria, or akiko on the covers. However, many vanilla studios change their ways in other areas. Movie scenes are longer with more foreplay and it steal ideas from their competitors like those extreme bukake and gb series, but is filmed in a more tone down style.

The positive of a freelancer can be a double edge sword. That is, the ability and liberty to make as much content and any type of content that you want can leaded to some negative side affects. I have two concerns about a girl going freelance. First of which is over exposure. I think that you can have too much of a good thing. This could lead to good movies being buried amount loads of movies. Especially at one time. Secondly I would be worry about a girl burning out. While all the content a girl can produce in a short period of time can be a positive one, in the short run. I wonder and worry about it potentially shorting a girls career, and having her leave the industry early and prematurely.
