hello..i want to ask is there any software to make censored video become uncensored...i read some article that there is dvd player the name is Olympia DV-9900 that can play the censored video become uncensored but the dvd player is rare and i think it cant read from HDD External...

So is there any software can do it like Olympia DV-9900?

No such software exists. The application of a mosaic on a video means a destruction of information, and this information cannot be restored.

I think the Olympia DV-9900 is playing with the resolution of the video, to make you believe that the censored area become "normal" again.

No software exists to do this because it is impossible, let me explain. The mosaic area contains very little information, whereas usually in a 1 inch x 1 inch area, a picture might have 240x240 pixels or 57600 unique total pixels, in a mosaic 1 inch x 1 inch area there might only be 10x10 pixels, or 100 unique pixels. Simply put, the censoring takes 576 different colored pixels, averages them into 1 pixel, and magnifies that pixel to create the mosaic, this is a one way process and cannot be undone.

Here is a simplified version that might be easier to understand. there are 4 pixels in an inch, each one has a number value between 0 and 9, so when you average the four you are left with another number between 0 and 9. an average of 7 for example has many possible 4 number combinations that could produce it, and the more numbers you are averaging, the more combinations are possible.

Well, maybe somebody followed that, in conclusion, let it go, there is plenty of uncensored JAV out there with pretty girls.
 
Man this thread started on 2011 :( However as I was randomly browse videos on youtube I stumble upon a very interesting video.

The video was uploaded May 17, 2011 and the software the guy uses is called "Nomasa" I'm very suspicious about it, but I'm not closing the possibilities. Specially because the software seemed to be Japanese. So I did some more search and stumble upon a hongfire thread dated 08-16-2012 last post was 05-03-2013. In the thread some of them claim to have bought the software and fail, receive an error or lose some quality. After reading it I'm 90% leaning on the fact that it is fake. However hearing testimonials specially from those who can understand Japanese would be great. But then again since the software did not became mainstream makes me think it really is a hoax. So I wanna hear your thoughts. What do you think about this? Have you heard of it?
