Second, sorry about lack of info. I cannot reference EIC-AV or anything, because I know NOTHING about this video. THIS short CLIP was all I could find in this video:

Does anyone know the name of it or where to get it? I really want to see the rest of it.

Also for anyone who knows Japanese... What does it say (in the Japanese text) at the end of the video?

If someone could help me out I would do anything! Please! I've been looking everywhere for this.

Doesn't say anything about a title and the names are almost 100% changed for the film.
