Seems you have only spoken up when you posted I.D. questions in the last two-and-a-half years, and you've kept mum the rest of the time, Mim.
Looks like there are five pairs of girls in the movie, for a total of ten actresses:
Your girl is one-half of the third pair, featured at 1:39 of the thumbs above.
Assuming the Sougouwiki I.D.'s were listed in order:
1) 河南実里(はるな)・星咲伶美(めぐ)
2) 橋下まこ(あこ)・なつき(さき)
3) 樋口里奈(れな)・石原ルリカ(ゆり)
4) 青山はな(つばさ)・雫みあ(ひろみ)
5) 不二まこ(あおい)・稲垣かほ(りな)
That would make your girl either of :
1) Rina Higuchi (樋口里奈) or ... 2) Rurika Ishihara (石原ルリカ)
The second one is a match with the second girl (Rurika Ishihara, photo above), so your lady's name is Rina Higuchi (樋口里奈) , AKA "Rena" or "Lena" (れな).
I was not able to find anything on her, unfortunately; there were several Facebook pages for women with that name,and I thought the eleventh one down that last link's results page may have been our lady...
... But apparently she was someone else. (Pretty good-looking though, isn't she?)
