I heard there was technology out there currently that could remove the blur in Japanese porn and I was curious if anyone knows of any good software to do it?

I tried DeepMosaics on one movie a few months back with pretty poor results.

I've seen better de-censored versions released than my attempt but as CoolKevin said, none of them have a perfect result since it's all mostly blurry.

As far as I'm aware, those that are actually de-censored perfectly are leaked copies of the original movie before censoring.

I think that the AI for this is a few Years away. The AI machine, if given pre-pixelated versions of a video, will have to be able to intuitively create what should be there rather than removing some kind of digital layer. The computer will have to go, oh, that must be a picture of a rabbit with a donut tattoo and then digitally superimpose the tattood rabit over the pre-existing mosaic. That's my perception anyway. I think that someday there will be technology that can do that but not today. I've been dying for a similar ability for the audio portion of videos. There are some online apps that do this but they are wildly expensive in my mind and I'm just biding my time, hoping that a local software app will be available soon. I had tried translating with Youtube's translation archetecture but they didn't seem too pleased about me ul'd Japanese Porn, even though I set it as , not for children, on I can view, no one else can have access. Just the same their system identified the video and permanently banned my Account.. Oh well, back to the ol drawing board.. IF anyone hears of a translation software that is not a subscription but exists locally on your own system,, Please give me a shout. Thanks

Have you had a look at the whisper tutorial in my signature? There's both a local and remote option(that many people on the forum use with no issue), both of which are free(but the remote option can be a subscription if you need to use it a lot every day). They're not perfect but they do a decent enough job that you'll be able to understand most of the context.
There's also a few threads on the subject like this one for example: https://www.akiba-online.com/thread...age-an-intro-guide-to-subtitling-jav.2115103/

Cheers Mr Kook, I will look into that. I'm pretty focused on our other project so I'll save this and play with it. Thanks mucho
