Can somebody recognize anything about this one JAV?

I've already spent a lot of time trying to approach it from different directions (including character recognition to get the exact name of the movie from its cover and searching for pictures from it by Google) - still no luck. It may be very possible this vendor just re-named a different movie (or re-used a fragment from it), so this name may not mean anything. Every possible reference to this movie I've found so far (not very few of them out there) leads back to this vendor. They don't even seem to sell it anymore, neither it's accessible via VOD service, so I'm in a dead-end.
Any help is appreciated, but don't waste your time trying usual methods, unless you happen to know something about the movie, or can recognize an actress or studio.
