This is a doujin game on Zero no Tsukaima, released in recent August. It features animated scenes.
In order to get it fully functional, you are required to use Applocale or set Control Panel Non-Unicode settings to Japanese.
I had intended to keep this game a secret share with my friends, but it's far too widespread now.
Anyway, the upload is definitely my own, as you can see from the file description.
