Yes there are differences in major ethic groups. Euro girls could have the Slavic look like Eastern Europeans like Czechs, Polish, Russians, Serbs, etc. Of course it's hard to tell within the ethnic group say a Croat and a Serb. Then there are North Europeans like Danish and Swedish. Also Germanic looks like Germany and Austria.

It's like I can tell the difference between an ethnic Japanese, Korean and a Chinese person.

Yes generally EU gals are easier to pick up / date than US gals. One big reason is the ratio of men to women is a big disadvantage to men in US as there are more men in US with the immigration which I'm not going into that debate. Another is sex is not a big deal in EU like they make it in the US.
